Features of Period One
Built for school timetables — not office hours.

Daily schedule
See your teaching day at a glance — lessons, duties, to-dos, and meetings all in one place. Tap to open, edit, cancel and keep moving. No faff, no hunting through menus.
Bell schedule
Set the exact start/end times for each period and break time. Period One runs off your school’s unique bell schedule, so your calendar matches the real day to the minute.
Term dates & holidays
Add term dates and holidays once and let Period One do the rest. Classes only appear inside teaching weeks; they automatically hide during holidays and pupil-free days. State holidays are added automatically, so your calendar is always accurate without extra work. No messy gaps.
Subjects & classes
Create as many subjects as you teach, then build different classes under each subject. Within a class, set up individual lessons, each with its own colour. These lessons then populate directly onto your calendar — already colour-coded — so you can tell at a glance what’s coming up and which class you’re teaching.
Calendar actions
Add events: staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, sports, excursions — they sit alongside lessons.
Cancel a class: one click; lesson hides and an optional note stays in its place.
Notes on classes: attach resources, reminders, or homework. Everything lives where you’ll actually see it — on the lesson.
To-do list
Your to-dos pin to the day, so they’re not forgotten in a separate app. Quick-add tasks, tick them off, and see what’s left inline with your schedule. You can also set tasks to recur automatically — perfect for weekly marking, reports, or regular duties. It’s planning you can actually trust at 8:30 am.
